ABOUT US: We're Becky and Jenny, sisters who grew up on great books. As kids we loved "doing what the characters did"--from eating an exotic food to building a fort--not realizing then what those experiences were teaching us. We just knew that great books were fun and fascinating, and we wanted to read many more. Reading those books helped us do better in school, and especially in life. So when we grew up, we taught our own kids to love great books from the inside out--by getting into the character's shoes. And in 2010 we began to do that for other people's kids in Santa Cruz, offering sensory immersion workshops on classic and vintage books.
