Thrive-WiSE

Thrive-WiSE (Women in Science and Engineering) focuses on retaining the accomplished, driven and stellar women in Engineering and Science in the tech industry through technical and behavioral programs. We seek to drive a seismic shift in the workplace cultures to help women achieve success in their careers.

Since 2009, Thrive-WiSE has led the way to address the dropout rate of senior women engineers and technologists. In 2019, we expanded our programs to include technical Product, Program, and Project Managers. In 2020, we are expanding to offer our Safe Space Program (vetted for five years) and our unique Ally Training for Engineers and PMs to corporations to address systemic issues in the workplace and make results-driven progress on our mission.
