Legal Council for Health Justice uses the power of the law to secure dignity, opportunity, and well-being for people facing barriers due to illness or disability.

Legal Council provides "legal care" to people with HIV, individuals facing homelessness, and children with disabilities and chronic illness.

Beyond providing free, immediate legal assistance to families of low incomes, Legal Council educates the impacted communities, services providers, and the general public, and engages in statewide advocacy and policy initiatives.
