My passion for fitness began when he was a kid, participating in basketball, baseball, and multiple sports! I went to school in Michigan to master my craft and have been in personal health/nutrition since! I have been a fitness trainer for 13 years! I work primarily in NYC but am now transitioning to having a home base in Westchester. If you are looking for private training please feel free to send me a message!
