Step Up

Step Up connects Minneapolis young people (ages 14-21) with Twin Cities employers through internships, mentoring, training and other opportunities that build careers and lead to a diverse, skilled and equitable workforce. ​Since 2003, Step Up partners in 15 industries have provided over 34,000 high-quality paid internships, empowering young people to explore their passions, develop practical skills, and forge meaningful connections with industry professionals.
