Shades Oasis
Our approach to sexual health is grounded in a holistic, affirming philosophy that honors the diversity and dignity of human sexuality. I create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly address trauma, relationship concerns, and intimacy challenges, destigmatization of sexuality, I believe that fostering a healthy relationship with one's healing process is vital to overall well-being, self-acceptance, and the creation of positive, affirming communities. Recognizing the deep connection between mental, emotional, and physical aspects of intimacy, I remain committed to ethical, compassionate, and effective care through continuous self-reflection, advanced training, and professional development.
Consultant for clients seeking healing from sexual violations. Delivering health classes to all genders and orientations where practicum is done onsite. Survivors looking to overcome barriers in completing the sexual response cycle and information on breaking the generational conversation on taboo topics on the physicality of completing the sexual response cycle and to have healthy substance free relationships.
With a focus on destigmatizing discussions around systemic violations and fostering a safe and inclusive environment, our goal is to provide accessible resources and support to all members of the community who have been victimized or held stagnant from a lack of information when it comes to the necessity of pleasure to support whole-body health.
Harmony Bridge – A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit
Healing from sexual violation requires more than talk. Harmony Bridge offers a path back to wholeness through PEET – Pleasure Education & Exposure Transformation. This body-based, trauma-informed approach empowers survivors to reconnect with their sensual selves through consent, body literacy, and science-backed healing.
WHY PEET MATTERS:
Cognitive therapy alone can’t restore the body’s ability to experience joy. PEET bridges this gap by integrating:
Polyvagal Theory
Somatic bodywork
Erotic Neurobiology
Trauma-Safe Exposure
With thse tools, survivors learn to:
Rewire pleasure pathways
Regulate their nervous system through erotic healing
Reclaim intimacy with self and others
Rebuild trust through consent and body literacy
Pleasure is not the opposite of trauma, it’s the antidote.
