Philia Culture is the community expression of RNF NTWRK—built on brotherhood, sisterhood, and Kingdom love.It’s more than a ministry. It’s a culture—one shaped by friendship, forged in fellowship, and strengthened through partnership.

Philia Culture began as a digital gathering space, then evolved into a movement of in-person discipleship, spiritual formation, and Christ-centered community. As the vision expanded, so did the need for a culture—a set of values and rhythms that define not just what we believe, but how we live.

At the heart of it all is Philia—the love between friends. It’s the kind of love that shows up, stands firm, and builds together.“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” – John 15:13
