Mindfulness for Busy Brains by Chihiro
Mindfulness for Busy Brains is an introductory workshop designed to help people with chronic thinking (analyzing, evaluating, planning, commenting, and you name it!) Led by a certified mindfulness facilitator and teacher-in-training, Chihiro Amemiya, these interactive sessions focus on practical, evidence-based techniques to help you break free from the confinement of thoughts. The goal is to make mindfulness accessible and useful for everyday life—no 'emptying your mind' required.
