The Healthy Start  Community Action Network (CAN) is an alliance of 20+ agencies and community members working to ensure healthy pregancies, Safe deliveries, and nuturing  parenting for all families in San Diego County.  We are non- religious, non-political, wishing to improving the chances for all families regardless of their position, origin or orientation.
