Founded in 1994, the Foundation for Educational Opportunities, Inc. (FEO) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization positively impacting Greater Hartford by providing scholarships to deserving college-bound students and implementing community based, self-improvement learning opportunities in the areas of health, education, family dynamics and economics. Greater Hartford is strengthened by programs which result in elevating dialogue regarding issues impacting underserved members of the community.
