Flow State Activation

Hello! My name is Mariela and I am the founder of "Flow State Activation". This methodology was designed to optimize the functioning of the brain, harmonize the nervous system and strengthen the connection with our spirit.

Let me share with you a little bit about the magic I offer and my personal story.

"Flow State Activation" is a modality of healing and self-awareness. Through breathwork, shamanism, meditation, music and energy work, we enter into altered states of consciousness that can be described as lucid dreaming. These states allow for introspective experiences, which releases blocked emotions and memories. This gives way to the awakening of latent potential and the connection with the deepest aspects of the spirit that reside inside each of us.

The path to what is today "Flow State Activation" began with my own spiritual awakening. It is the result of years of searching for my emotional healing and stability.

Much of my professional life exists within the world of technology, implementing systems for large corporations. It is a job that requires long hours of work and a constant use of my brain. In this career, beyond success I’ve had, I’ve also experienced prolonged physical, emotional and mental exhaustion. That precisely was what led me in 2019 to my spiritual awakening. At that time I felt an emptiness and dissatisfaction with my life, so strongly, that I fell into a deep depression. And at this moment my spiritual path began.

My need for healing led me to the ancestral world of shamanism and medicinal plants. I learned to connect with my essence, navigate the deepest parts of my subconscious and facilitate similar experiences for others. After countless ceremonies, I felt the call to explore cosmic spaces without the support of plants, leading me to delve into various spiritual traditions and disciplines.

Thus began the second part of my spiritual path. Where I learned how to dance with energetic frequencies from different perspectives, either through the Akashic records, various modalities of breathwork, binaural sounds, family constellations, all kinds of meditations, Buddhism, Hinduism, yoga nidra, astrology, the tarot, etc. I consider myself to be an eternally passionate student of the spiritual world, quantum physics and our journeys as a spiritual being in a human body.

Today, "Flow State Activation" represents the third stage of my path, it is my act of service, from my heart to yours. It is an offering from the deepest part of my essence that evolves alongside my spiritual growth. A container created by time and space, where we meet, to nourish ourselves with cosmic energies and remember our magical essence.
