Claudette Spence, CSolutions

Claudette J. Spence has a Master of Science in Communications. She is a renowned inspirational author, workshop leader, women’s empowerment director, educator, lay leader. Compassionate and joy are two of many attributes she brings to her work as a people’s empowerment facilitator. She offers more than 30 years' experience working with individuals and organizations to build skills and confidence in the pursuit of one's articulated desires. She is the author of several books of inspiration and hope - the best seller Nurturing The Garden of Joy: Provocative Essays on Relationships is a foundational piece for the success she inspires and delivers. Claudette Joy, as folks are now calling her, works with emerging authors in editing and publishing their work.

Ms. Spence has successfully managed non-profits - learning from her "mistakes" while propelling the organization to unmatched productivity. She is talented in creating environments where people are comfortable in emerging into their better self if that is their desire. She is also effective as a facilitator in teaching and guiding people on communication techniques. Her teaching experience spans decades - from tutoring high school students in chemistry and biology while she was an undergraduate student to serving as an adjunct assistant professor at a private university. Here she taught language arts in the School of Professional Studies and in School of Liberal Arts. She learned the skill of facilitating through a major international justice organization. She has blended that with her God-given gift of insight, intuition and wisdom to offer people gifted opportunities for growth.

She is the principal at CSolutions that works with individuals and organization, creating soft-skills communications strategies and techniques to achieve win-win-win results and satisfaction.
