C3 Collaborative Community is a creative, collaborative, community-based in East Hartford, CT. Founded by Richard McCaulsky-Clarke and Maryann Cruz (a husband and wife duo) who decided to join their expertise of development and business operations in helping other creatives and entrepreneurs scale their business in a fun, friendly, and vibrant environment.
