A&N Career Services Project
A&N Career Services Project is a mission-driven workforce initiative advancing career readiness, professional growth, and economic mobility through inclusive, people-centered programming. We exist to ensure individuals are not only prepared for opportunity, but supported, connected, and empowered as they navigate their career journeys. Our events bring together participants, employers, funders, volunteers, and community partners to strengthen pathways to meaningful work and long-term advancement. Through career development workshops, hiring-focused convenings, leadership conversations, and community-centered gatherings, we create spaces where skills are built, confidence is strengthened, and professional networks expand. The Project is grounded in the belief that strong careers are built through access, alignment, and shared responsibility across the workforce ecosystem. Our work is aligned with the mission of Free 2 Dream Inc., extending access to education beyond the classroom through career education, workforce readiness, and pathways to economic mobility for individuals and communities. Programming is delivered in collaboration with partners and fiscal sponsors in support of sustainable careers and lasting economic mobility.
