Hi, I'm Amber, the owner of EmpowHER, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to the EmpowHER, a mental health and wellness company for women! EH aims to build community with women and inspire, ignite, and impact the lives of women to live a more emotionally HEALthy life.

For over a decade, I’ve been a leading social work practitioner, promoting mental health and well-being in her community. My expertise spans from trauma-informed practices to coaching teen girls and women, facilitating workshops, program development, senior/executive level consulting, and speaking at events. My passion for mental health and wellness has helped me guide countless individuals towards happier and healthier lives. My vast knowledge and experience makes me an invaluable resource for anyone seeking guidance and support in their wellness journey.
