In the Mix, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization advancing inclusive workforce development, entreprenuership and community-centered economic mobility across Southern California. We design and host information sessions, workforce readiness programs, leadership development experiences, entrepreneurship workshops and community convenings that connect individuals, employers, funders and partners around access, dignity and opporutnity.
Our mission is to expand pathways to skills, income and ownership by aligning community voice with industry, philanthrophy and public systems. we create spaces where people can learn, connect and move forward together.
