When I was a collegiate baseball player at Bentley University I got obsessed with the gym. It was a place that gave me the freedom to step away from the every day grind and focus on making myself better on and off the field. I spent a countless number of hours in the early morning figuring out ways to push myself to get stronger mentally and physically.
Since graduating, the work ethic and mindset lessons I learned in my athletic career I applied to the real world and every day life. After a short time in corporate America and feeling like I was not making the impact I dreamed of, I quit my job to puruse my passion of helping others achieve their fitness goals and helping them achieve a lifestyle they have control over.
Since starting my fitness career I have trained a number of clients and athletes to reach their goals mentally and physically. I call it The Warrior Lifestyle (www.mywarriorlifestyle.com).
