Culinary Fight Club is all about Competition, Food, and Community. In 2013 a local cooking competition began in Chicago to recognize and celebrate local culinary talent from chefs to home cooks. Since then, the Culinary Fight Club community has continued to grow with events across the USA.
At our events foodies/ attendees cheer on their favorite local chefs as they run for their fresh ingredients in the 45-second pantry race. The competitors then have 60-minutes to create the most gourmet plate-up using limited resources. Guests not only experience the action firsthand but also get to taste every dish and vote for their favorite bite, while judges vote to name the culinary fight club champion.
Winners receive bragging rights and some awesome CFC Swag, plus we support some great local charity partners (through cash and food donations).
We are proud that our local events support local causes. In addition, a portion of our annual profits goes to partners that support the mission of eliminating food waste and reducing food insecurity.
