Enjoy a variety of free wellness classes this summer throughout downtown Akron!

Presented by Downtown Akron Partnership with support from the Knight Foundation

This weekly outdoor Zumba class is led by Deidrinelle Moton at Cascade Plaza.

Enjoy the fresh air and dance your heart out with this an hour long class at Cascade Plaza. It’s the perfect way to decompress from the workday or meet up with friends to work out together.

Come and get your sweat on with Deidrinelle with some great music and dance fitness.

This class takes place on the grass and sneakers are recommended.

Refreshments will be available for purchase at The Shed before, during and after this class.
