Join us outdoors at America's first County Park - Essex County Branch Brook Park.
The Branch Brook Park Alliance, in partnership with Essex County and the Department of Parks, has partnered with Crystal Gaynor to provide the community with ZUMBA lessons for free (thanks to our premeir wellness sponsors).
All levels are welcome. The session starts with a welcome and introduction of the class, then we jump right into the Zumba workout where we focus on cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, all while dancing.
Participants must register in advance. However, please do not register if you are unable to attend because you are taking a slot from someone who can.
We meet at the Prudential Concert Grove, please register in advance in the event the occurrence needs to be canceled due to unforseen circumstances.
