Whether you’re a beginner or experienced dancer, this class is for everyone who wants to move their body and feel good.

Our class will take place in La Marqueta’s open-air space. Don’t worry if the weather doesn’t cooperate — the class will still go on!

ZUMBA EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in Zumba and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, strains, and other potential injuries. I certify that I am physically capable of participating in this activity.

2. Assumption of Risk

I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or harm that I may sustain while participating in this event.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, instructors, sponsors, volunteers, venue owners, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my participation in this event, including injuries, accidents, or medical conditions.

4. Personal Belongings

I understand and agree that the event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

5. Medical Treatment

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize event staff to obtain necessary medical care on my behalf. I accept full financial responsibility for any resulting costs.

6. Photo/Video Release

I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
