Opportunities are available to advertise in the State Conference Souvenir Journal. All funds must be submitted online. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Ad submissions must be submitted electronically and RECEIVED by Saturday, January 31st, 2026. PROOF OF PAYMENT must accompany your ad information or the ad WILL NOT run in the journal.

Ad prices are as follows: • Full Page $125 (7 ½ in wide x 10 in long)• Half Page $70 (7 ½ in wide x 5 in long)

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: • Be sure all names and titles are spelled correctly • All emailed ads must be sent in High-Resolution PDF format at 300 dpi quality or JPEG format. ALL submissions must be print ready.
