Frequently asked questions

Is this a competition?

Nope! This is a purely recreational experience. Your dog’s run time can be relayed to you for fun, but we won't keep records, rankings or give awards.

Can I bring multiple dogs?

Yes, but only one dog is allowed per handler so you'll need to bring one additional person to assist for each additional dog. A crate may be utilized in lieu of an additional person. In addition, each dog will require payment and registration.

Is this fenced?

Yes, we only utilize baseball fields that are fully fenced. Dogs are off-leash only during their individual runs and closely monitored by staff.

What if it rains?

Events may be canceled in case of poor weather or field conditions. In the event of a cancellation by event organizer, you’ll be notified and your run will be rescheduled. There will be no refunds due to poor weather conditions.

What if I've paid and registered but I'm unable to attend?

If you've paid and registered , please reach call as soon as you know that you will be unable to attend, or late to, any event. If there is no answer please leave a voicemail or send a text. If you reach out in a timely manner, we will attempt to make accommodations but we make no guarantee of that.

Why is it free?

This is one of three free events as we test out the area, interest, procedures, timing and the equipment. We can't do it alone so this is our way of thanking you for helping us see what works and what could be improved upon.
