School Starts July, 29th, Tuesday, 2025. Enter the real estate career completely online with a live-stream real estate instructor. The last day of class is subject to change. There are no weekend classes. Classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-10 pm. The instructor will be available before and after each class for one-on-one help.
By attending and passing a class test, each student will be eligible to sit for the state exam in Georgia. The class offers advantages in both online and classroom settings. Students will be able to take the class from the comfort of their own homes while hearing live instruction without entering a classroom. To become licensed, the licensee would need an address in Georgia.
Before class begins, you will receive an email with instructions to join us through the online platform. Students should expect to use Google Classroom, Google Drive, and Zoom platforms. A desktop or large tablet is recommended for this course for the best student results and experience.
Each student should at all times during class expect to use a reliable internet connection with a camera for attendance. Students should treat the class as a normal learning environment such as dress, attendance, and studious conduct.
Final Testing will be announced during class at a brick-and-mortar Augusta facility. Proctored testing will be arranged for students outside of a 50-mile radius for in-person final testing. While students are unlikely to be charged, a fee may be associated with proctoring the test for students unavailable to appear in Augusta, GA.
