Zero Waste Wednesdays: an exclusive and unique all-you-can-eat extravaganza at Forage.
Chefs Eric Cooper and Alycia Palame will serve a tapas-style meal showcasing hyper local, seasonal produce and featuring unique ingredients made using zero waste techniques.
We will be offering this to only one party every Wednesday, so the chefs can give this irreplicable meal the attention and creativity it deserves. There is no set menu, just great ingredients, improvisation and skill.
This experience is best suited to large groups, and only available to parties of five or more. The price is $100/person. It’s all you can eat with no time limit, so pace yourselves and just let us know when you're ready for dessert!
