About this event

Community • State

Join us every first second Saturday of the month from 1PM to 5PM at our Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC) location for an inspiring evening of creativity & connection. Explore the studios of our resident artists, discover their incredible work, ask questions, and even start your own art collection! Enjoy art classes, live demonstrations, and the chance to commission custom pieces. Don't miss this unique opportunity to support local talent in our community and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of art.

This studio is located inside the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (former IBM HQ) which is a large office campus. The easiest way to locate the space is to park at the 4950 Communications Ave *MAIN ENTRANCE*. Upon walking into the lobby, you will walk to the hallway on the right hand side of the lobby. Our studio space is located down the hallway on the right hand side just past the "BITS Cafe".

At Zero Empty Spaces, we transform vacant commercial real estate into temporary working artist studios that serve as vibrant hubs for creativity and community engagement. Our innovative model provides affordable studio space for artists to create, collaborate, and sell their work, while also offering property owners a dynamic daily activation in otherwise unused spaces until a permanent tenant is secured.

By occupying these spaces on a temporary basis, we address the challenges of urban blight and retail and vacancies, breathing new life into underutilized properties and fostering artistic expression. This approach not only revitalizes neighborhoods but also expands the appreciation of visual art and supports the growth of thriving cultural communities in cities worldwide.
