Zenlings X DBMS: Kids Mindful Movement Ages 6-12
Overview
Zenlings X DBMS: Kids Mindful Movement Ages 6-12
We’re excited to announce a special kids mindfulness and movement pop-up class here at DBMS on Monday, December 2nd from 4:30–5:30pm for kids ages 6–12.
Zenlings is a playful, movement-based mindfulness program that helps kids build confidence, emotional resilience, and practical tools for managing stress - all through upbeat movement, breathwork, reflection, and fun community connection. It’s designed for all types of kids: athletes, artists, deep thinkers, daydreamers, and anyone who could use a little more calm and confidence in their day.
We’re thrilled to welcome back Greer Holloway, the founder of Zenlings and a familiar face to many. Greer rowed and coached at DBMS and went on to compete as a Division I athlete at the University of Notre Dame. Growing up, she looked steady on the outside but carried a lot of pressure on the inside, which inspired her to create Zenlings and give kids the tools she wishes she had at their age.
This one-hour class will introduce your child to simple, empowering practices they can use anytime: before school, during homework, or whenever life feels overwhelming.
