Zaireeka - Flaming Lips Listening Party - at The Owl Prescott

For this inaugural performance of Michael Ivins’ ‘Zaireeka’ Experiment!, Mr. Ivins will be conducting and mixing the sound (as he did in the Flaming Lips’ original Boombox Experiments) in an audience participation led experience with four Hi-Fi stereo systems, complete with sub woofers, in what promises to be an awesome sounding event that will set a new standard for Zaireeka listening parties.

The event includes a live Q&A moderated by Peregrine Books’ David Coupaud, a meet-n-greet with Michael Ivins, and ticket holders will be entered into a raffle to decide who will be controlling the CD players! Doors to the event open at 7pm, at The Owl. The show is expected to sell out so we recommend buying your tickets in advance.
