YVO Warrior Ruck: Miami (Pinecrest)

You’re invited to a 3-mile women’s ruck (walking with weight) through Pinecrest. We meet Tuesdays 8:50 am, at the Pinecrest Gardens parking lot and leave by 9:00am for movement and connection.

Bring your own vest, walk without one, or borrow from us—limited vests available first come, first served. All levels welcome.

No pressure. No performance. Just movement, good people, and a reason to be outside. That’s what we call strength.
