An introduction to Region 1's Youth Transition Guide that has the following sections: Community Resources, Post-Secondary Transition Planning Guidance for Teachers, and Post-Secondary Transition Timelines. The resources in the guide are tailored to your region of the state. We will focus on the sections that address college training/prep programs, resources for work exploration, and resources to promote family/ youth engagement.
● In addition to the Region 1 Youth Transition Binder, ways to strengthen family-school partnerships that are evidence-based will be addressed.
