Drop-off starts at 7:00 PM. Pickup is no later than 3:00 AM, unless you’ve paid for extended care.

Can I pick up my child after 3:00 AM?

Yes, pickup is allowed until 6:30 AM with an additional $50 extended care fee.

What should my child bring?

A small blanket or sleeping bag.
If your child has accidents, please pack a change of clothes.
All activities and games are provided.

Comfy, warm pajamas are recommended so they can enjoy the night comfortably.

Yes! We’ll have kid-friendly food, snacks, and drinks throughout the night.

They’ll enjoy games, music, crafts, movies, and a special NYE countdown made for the youth.

How does pickup work?

Each child will receive a matching wristband, and the pickup person must have the matching band.
A copy of the parent’s ID is required at drop-off.

What happens if a parent is late?

If your child isn’t picked up by the agreed time and we can’t reach you or emergency contacts, authorities will be contacted.

What if the pickup person appears inebriated?

We will not release any child to a pickup person who appears inebriated or unable to safely transport the child.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Because space is limited, if you cancel, only 50% of the fee will be refunded.
