Join us for a youth and family-centered program to decorate memory boxes for family keepsakes, make memory collages, write letters to your future generation, print old photos from your phone, and digitize physical old photos.
Memory boxes are limited to the first 30 participants on a first come, first serve basis. (Optional): Bring your old photographs and small family keepsakes for scanning and placement in a memory box.
This is a youth and family centered program. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is encouraged but not required to attend this free, in-person program.
This program is connected to the Reverence: An Archival Altar exhibition at NXTHVN, which honors eight Black New Haven families and artists.
