Join our Black History Cooking Series for young people aged 16–30 and explore the rich cultural histories of the African and Caribbean diasporas through food and storytelling. Blending historical storytelling facilitated by Blemme Fatale Productions with hands-on cooking workshops led by Everyone’s Favourite Aunty, who empowers young people with culinary skills and confidence.

  • 7 December: Gumbo - Discover what recipes were brought to Canada by freedom seekers during the Underground Railroad.
