You Know You Need Boundaries - Why Can't You Set Them?

If setting boundaries feels hard—even when you know you need them—you’re not alone. This workshop invites open conversation around the deeper reasons boundaries can be so challenging, from people-pleasing to uncertainty around how to say no. Together, we’ll explore what's getting in the way without pressure to have it all figured out.

Your Hosts:

Elizabeth Stranzl: Elizabeth is a School Psychologist, life coach, and former chronic people pleaser turned boundaries coach. Combining her formal training and lived experience, she helps women trade the stress of people pleasing for the confident and peaceful lives they deserve and desire. She is also a devoted Knicks fan and proud girl Mom.

Alyssa Gioscia: Alyssa is a transformational leadership coach who brings a unique blend of leadership development, performance psychology, and personal growth strategies to help her clients achieve extraordinary results. She spends her time snuggling with her cat, Dexter (when he allows it) and trying new restaurants and coffee shops in Austin.

The Network of Women:

The Network of Women is a private IRL and digital community that holds safe containers for women to learn, connect and expand so they can have the life and career they desire. Our programming, driven by the community, focuses on topics that are top of mind for women, but not necessarily found in mainstream conversations. We support our women through weekly programming, retreats, summits and workshops. We get real, talking about the personal and professional issues that matter most!
