YoloCares End-of-Life Appreciation Dinner: A Community Patient Family Advisory Event

YoloCares is hosting a hospice feedback event in Downtown Sacramento on December 13th at the Center of Praise Legacy Center, with the goal to listen and learn from diverse communities about their experience receiving hospice care for a loved one in hopes to improve the quality of care for all the communities we serve.

The dinner will include opportunity for sharing and discussion, it will be catered, there will be an area for photos with your guest, you’ll go home with a special gift and you can use your voice to improve care for families like yours in the future.
