• Y6 101 - Perfect for beginners, just a tad warm
• Y6 Restore - For those who need to wind down, are new to yoga, or athletes who need a good stretch, cozy like a warm blanket
• Y6 Slow Flow - An all-levels vinyasa flow, warm enough to sweat a little
• Y6 Sculpt and Flow - High intensity, weights and cardio exercises, yoga stretches to cool you down after, feel the burn at 90 degrees
• Y6 Mobility - Fast paced yoga flow focused on opening up your joints, just the right temp to warm up your body
• Y6 Power - Advanced flow for those more comfortable in their practice at 100 degrees
• Y6 Signature Hot - Our classic sequence, some vinyasa, some hatha, at our hottest temp of 105 degrees
