Yogapuncture…what's that?

Yogapuncture combines yoga with the experience of community acupuncture. Erin offers a 60minute all-levels flow class to get both the qi and prana flowing. At the end of the class as we settle into our supported shavasana, you will receive several acupuncture needles that will take your final relaxation to a new, relaxing level. Newbies and seasoned yogis as well as those that have zero to extensive experience receiving acupuncture are welcome. Newbies, just make sure to inform us at the start of class so we are aware if it is your first time as a yogi or receiving acupuncture or even both! That way we can make your experience both beneficial and relaxing. The combined treatment is safe for everyone and prenatal friendly. So grab your mats and come join us for a groundbreaking Yogapuncture experience at VUIM.

Following the Yogapuncture session we invite you to stay to indulge in some hot tea and take a tour of VUIM’s clinic which offers both intern and private clinic treatments. Those interested will also receive a free consultation that can be scheduled for a later date. And remember your body hears everything your mind says, so stay healthy with yoga and acupuncture!

*The Nitty Gritty details: Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class as we want those new to yoga or acupuncture to feel welcome and relaxed during this experience. This is a Bring Your Own Mat class, so please come with your mat as they are not provided in class.
