How do I join virtual yoga on Zoom?

After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with the Zoom link. Simply click the link at class time to join from your computer, tablet, or phone. Make sure your Zoom app is updated for the best experience!

Do I need to bring yoga props?

Props are not required, but they can be very helpful! We encourage students to bring items like yoga blocks, a bolster, straps, or a blanket to support comfort and alignment. If you don’t have props, no problem—you’ll still be able to enjoy and benefit from class.
