Meet your new first-Saturday morning yoga & pilates ritual in St. Pete / Tampa Bay. Yogalates with The Velvet Mat blends the mobility and breath of yoga and movement with the targeted core work of mat Pilates for a spicy-but-all-levels-friendly yoga & pilates fusion (beginners welcome!) 60-minute Yogalates fusion. Then we toast with a post-class pint, kombucha or mimosa (other beverages available!) at Outcast Brewing.

Expect a playful brewery yoga class fusion flow, core burners, balance work, and a slow, sweet stretch to land you in weekend mode.

When: Every 1st Saturday, 10-11AM

Where: Outcast Brewing (St. Pete) shaded patio / indoor backup

Who: All levels welcome (newbies to ninjas)

Ticket: Donation based, and discounted drinks

Bring: Yoga mat, water, optional towel.
