This is the time of the year where we want to stay in and not move the body much
....but what if I told you that some movement before going to bed will give you a better sleep and a well-rested body
....and what if I also told you this practice can also help with sleep apnea.Deep breathing and connecting with more intention with our physical body will allow so many opportunities of self-healing in your mind, body and spirit.

Ysanne will be leading weekly yoga classes on Tuesdays (4p) and Fridays (5p). A 45-minute practice is rooted in Hatha Yoga and for all levels.Bring your own mat and water.
Classes will start promptly on the hour but still encourage you to come in quietly and enjoy the remaining practice if you are late.
