Hatha Chair Yoga (4-5 pm) - Experience the calming and strengthening effects of Hatha Chair Yoga, designed for accessibility. These classes blend asanas, meditation, and breathwork, fostering strength, balance, and flexibility. Gentle movements and chair support make it ideal for seniors, beginners, and those with limited mobility, promoting a calm mind and enhanced wellness.

Restorative Yoga (5:30-6:30 pm) - A deeply relaxing practice that uses props like blankets, blocks and bolsters to fully support the body in gentle poses held for longer periods. It encourages the release of tension, calms the nervous system, and promotes a sense of deep rest and rejuvenation. Discover a practice of passive opening and mindful stillness.
