Join us for a yoga class at Dancing Bear Farm, where goats are also invited! Christy will lead us through a yoga class suitable for all abilities while the goats graze and play amongst (and possibly on) us. There will be plenty of time to take photos and pose with the friendly goats after class. This class is geared towards ages 12 and up.

Instructor: Christy Catsos, certified yoga instructor
Christy Catsos is a special educator and yoga teacher based in Claremont, New Hampshire. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Breathe for Change, focusing on inclusive and trauma-informed yoga. Christy teaches slow flow classes which are accessible for all levels.
What to Bring?
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Dress for the weather. We recommend wearing layers
- Bug spray/sunscreen optional. We will have some on hand
Toilet facility and handwashing sink are available
You are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class to give yourself time to park and settle in.
This class will take place outdoors. If it is lightly raining we will be under the pavilion.
Ages 12 and up. Under 18 must have a parent/guardian present to sign the waiver.
Refund policy: a refund is available up to 7 days before the start of this event. Please note that eventbrite does not refund ticket fees (~7% of the ticket price).
Instead of the refund minus eventbrite fees we can offer a credit equal to your ticket price towards any other class or event at Dancing Bear Farm.
Weather Policy: If we need to cancel this class due to inclement weather, we will send an email out to all attendees with instructions to reschedule to any future goat yoga date!
