Yoga with a View
Class held before MKE Run Fit Fest. Led by 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher Sneha Shrivastav.
Sneha is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher. She initially received her teacher certification simply to extend her learning experience and deepen her own practice. After graduating, however, she realized that she has the creativity and the voice capable of taking on the role of the teacher, and is excited to continue exploring this!
Sneha teaches yoga foundations. In this class, she will invite you to explore and increase your strength, mobility, and balance in this mindful approach that breaks down poses and focuses on awareness and intelligent alignment linked with your breath. This class is guided with the intention to help each student move with confidence while simultaneously deepening our understanding of our inner landscapes.

YOGA CLASS FEE: $5
BYOM - Please bring your own mat to class. We will provide mat supplies and towel to clean-up after class.
