Join us on Saturday, November 8th, 2025, from 12pm-2pm, for a wellness event that is designed for awareness, acceptance, and affection. This event will be supporting the children at Prisma Children’s Hospital. All the donations will go towards gifts for children this upcoming Christmas.

Event plan: 12 pm - 1 pm: Yoga class
*Please bring your own mats*
1 pm - 2pm: Socialize and create letters for children at Prisma hospital. Coffee and donuts will be provided from Duck Donuts
- There will only be 15 tickets available for this event
- Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis at $10 each (there will be a surprise gift included as well)
- Please bring your own yoga mat and water
Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, this event welcomes everyone ready to embrace yoga and support the Prisma Children’s Hospital Foundation. Bring a positive attitude and have fun along the way!
