Do I need a yoga mat?

If you don’t have one, there will be mats to borrow.

Is the class beginner friendly?

Yes! This class is open to all levels including those who are brand new to yoga!

A yoga mat, towel, water, yoga blocks (if you have them)and an open mind and heart.
