Start with a gentle yoga flow to relax and stretch, then sink into a soothing sound bath that will wash away stress. Finally, everyone will get to enjoy a Reiki session during savasana to clear your energy and leave you feeling totally renewed! Anyone is welcome, no experience required

You don't need to bring anything! Mats and blankets will be provided. Come in comfy & cozy clothes and hoodie/extra blanket if you'd like. Bring anything that will make you feel the most comfortable, this is YOUR time to relax & unwind!
