About this event

Yoga on the Cliffs began many moons ago back in 2009 when I wanted to create a class that was accessible to everyone. Beginners are always welcome! You don’t need to belong to a local gym or a studio or live or work somewhere with classes available.

You just go to a beautiful ocean view Cliffside location and practice Yoga with a teacher full of wisdom that has plenty of experience and a talent for helping others understand their own bodies in ways that strengthen and heal mind, body and spirit!

This Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Practice repeats every Saturday at 10:30am throughout the summer at “Osprey Point” sometimes referred to as the 2nd Parking Lot South of Pt Loma Ave or The Wedding Spot. ***Look for our purple cones in a semi circle. If you see Osprey St driving south you just passed us. Park and walk back.

You do need to register for your FREE tickets here on Eventbrite because space is limited.

Please Bring:

*Yourself and a friend or a few

*A Yoga Mat

*Beach Blanket or Towel for under your Mat

*Water, sunscreen etc

*Cash or Phone to Venmo your suggested $10-25 Donation

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to register for FREE tickets?

Yes because space is limited to 48 students so it is important that you register for a guaranteed spot!

Is there parking?

Yes! Plenty of parking. We are at the big round flat spot facing the ocean behind the second parking lot on the right just south of Point Loma Ave on Sunset Cliffs Blvd the West/Water side. The address is approximate. The cross street is Osprey. If you pass Osprey you just missed us!

May I bring my kids?

Kids under 18 are welcome as long as they can sit quietly on a mat and/or participate. If they become a nuisance you will be kindly be asked to leave. Thanks for respecting your fellow students and your teacher!

Is there a Restroom?

No. There is not. The closest facilities are businesses on Point Loma Ave, port a potties in the surfer lot at the end of the Sunset cliffs blvd at Ladera Street a few miles past our location. Or at the beach a few miles back at Abbott/Newport Ave or Restaurants on Newport Ave. Plan Accordingly!
