Kick off your weekend with an unforgettable 90-minute infused sound and movement experience led by expert guides Marissa & Sabrina.
Yoga in the Valley is designed to melt away stress, reconnect with your body, and enter the weekend grounded, relaxed, and lifted.
We’ll begin in a community circle with a curated gift from our sponsor . From there, we’ll move through a gentle, tension-releasing yoga flow, all while being bathed in healing sound frequencies. We'll end the session with an extended Savasana sound bath that will leave you feeling aligned and elevated.
