These classes are donation-based, meaning you give what feels comfortable for you. I believe wellness should be accessible to everyone, and this model allows us to create a community space where no one is turned away. Your donations supports materials for classes and continued offerings.

Where are classes held?

Classes are held in Curtis Park near 26th and Donner Way.

How many offerings are there a month?

As of now, minimum are two offerings, usually on Saturdays in the morning.

Do I need prior yoga experience to take class?

Not at all, these classes are designed for everyone. No prior yoga experience is needed. I’ll guide you through each movement with options for all levels, so you can move at your own pace and feel comfortable.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is free parking available, some spots have time limits of one or two hours. But plentiful parking around the park is available.

What should I bring?

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive at minimum 15 minutes before class to secure a parking spot, check in, and set up for class. Class will start promptly.
