Frequently asked questions
Bring your own yoga mat or blanket, sunscreen, & water. Waterbottles can be used as makeshift props—other props (like blocks) are optional and up to your discretion. If you don't have a mat, you can get away with a picnic blanket or towel. Or DM us; we may be able to spot an extra mat!
We love children & pets! However we’re not able to monitor them during class, so please leave them with another guardian. Certainly have them say hello before and after!
We ask that you do your best to arrive 10-20 minutes before class to support a smooth arrival - both logistically and spiritually. Keep in mind you’ll need a few minutes to park on the street.
Put "Silver Lake Meadows" into Google / Apple Maps to navigate to the park. When you arrive, look for us at the north end of the Meadows under the big tree. You’ll see us with signs and yoga mats!
Free street parking is available surrounding the border of the park and on side streets.
The closest facilities are at the south end of the park at the Silver Lake Recreation Center, which is about a 20 minute walk (or a couple minute drive) from where class will take place in the meadows.
